Wesselman Nature Society, along with Evansville Audubon Society and Wild Birds Unlimited have formed a Junior Bird Watcher Club. This club for boys and girls in grades 7 - 12 will meet the 3rd Saturday of each month at 9:00am. Each month the Jr. Birders will explore a different area. Hikes will be led by members of the Evansville Audubon Society and Wesselman Woods Nature Preserve. This is a wonderful opportunity for the young people of the area to explore the best bird watching areas in the tri-state and at the same time be led by adults who know the best areas to find the best birds.
